Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing on Lash Products and Tools, and 3-5 business days for processing on all Print on Demand Clothing.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.
If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact us below.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after shipping, please include "ORDER NOT RECEIVED," in the body of your message using the Contact box provided below. Please include your order number so we can assist you.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Unfortunately, due Sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on Eyelashes, Mascara, Lash Glue/Adhesive, Palettes, Lipstick or Lash Tweezers. Please inform us within 72 hours or Product defects to be Eligible for an exchange on these products and have return shipping paid by us. Please utilize our Contact Us Page with the Subject title "Item/Product Defect." Please include order number, name and address in this correspondence (we may request photos/video) Which need to be provided within 72 hours from the request to remain eligible.
